We have an e-discovery checklist to help make sure you consider all hardware, devices, software, file types, and other information for litigation. The diagram below shows a small part of our E-Discovery Inventory and Request Checklist.
You would not request all of these items from the opposing party in litigation. Rather, it is like a pilot's checklist. You use it to make sure you don't forget anything – to reduce risk. This and other checklists should be part of your Litigation Response Plan.
